It is essential that you clean off whatever dirt on the surface you are going to mount the sinker on to. This is somewhat important for the future of the sink for its durability. After you properly fix your sink to the base it should hold on to it firmly with the use of caulking or bolts. The next step would be to fix the drain. The drain will consist of a rubber gasket and will be safer for you to apply some caulking on it as well to avoid any future problems. You can then attach the inlet of hot water and cold water to the bathroom sink.
